George Daniells was born in East Clayton, Bucks in 1894 and was a Labourer when he enlisted into the 3rd Border Regiment numbered 11036 on 11th Aug 1914. After training he landed in France on 19th Jan 1915 with the 2nd Battalion and was Killed in Action on 12th March 1915 at the Battle of Neuve Chapelle. The regiment suffered over 300 casualties on that day.
