1914 Star named 28987 GNR H WILLIAMS RFA.British War & Victory Medals named 28987 GNR H WILLIAMS RA.Herbert was from Birkinhead, Chester and joined up in 1902. He was with the Royal Field Artillery No5 Depot, 98th Battery. While with the 86th Battery RFA he was wounded in action GSW Left Leg on 14th November 1914. He was discharged from the army due to Time Expired on 26th November 1915.
