Drummer A Heal Egypt Medal clasp Nile 1884/85 1 RW Kent

A very nice Drummer medal to the 1st Battalion Queens Own Royal West Kent regiment.Egypt & Sudan Medal 1882-89 with clasp The Nile 1884-85 engraved to 1280 DRUMr A HEAL 1/R W KENT R.Abraham Kent is also entitled to the Khedives Star 1882.Abraham was born in Southover, Wells, Somerset in 1851. He enelisted at age 19 in 1870. He went to Egypt in Aug 1882 and spent a year before going to Cyprus for a year. Sept 1884 he was back in Egypt till June 1885 and then Sudan Nov 1885 to June 1885 and then Egypt till Sept 1885. He then went home and was discharged in Sept 1885.He may have been renumbered as he renengaged in Cyprus under number 662.
