BWM & VM Lt Tomblin KIA 10/7/1916 2nd Manch R

British War & Victory Medals named LIEUT H R TOMBLIN.Missing 1914/15 Star.Harold was in the 3rd Manchester Regiment when he landed on 27th July 1915.On 31st Aug 1915 he was attached to the 2nd Battalion and it was with them on the 10th July 1916 with the leading party he was Killed in action near Ovillers-la-Boisselle.His brother James Douglas Tomblin was killed in action with the MGC.
