Frank Harwood Hunter lived in Prenton, Cheshire and was commissioned Second Lieutenant in the Royal Artillery numbered 170707 on 15th Feb 1941, he transferred to the Hampshire Regiment around 12th Aug 1944. He was awarded the Efficiency Medal on 14 November 1946. Later he became a Captain.
